Genscript is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join the Finance Department in Piscataway, NJ.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the integrity of financial records
- Preparing financial accounts for monthly review. Responsible for monthly closing, including bank reconciliations and review credit card reconciliations for accuracy and timely.
- Managing company cash flow and bank balances.
- Prepare periodical financial analysis report in an accurate and timely manner, to ensure appropriate internal controls are in place.
- Preparing and managing annual audits follows internal policies, financial law and regulations. Assist in the completion of internal and external audit.
- Communicate and response to external entities for accounting, tax and credit related issues.
- Other accounting tasks as assigned by supervisor.
