Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and capable Shipping Specialist to support in efficiently handle the shipping of customer-provided materials, purchased materials, and internal shipping requests.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly packaged, labelled, and prepared for dispatch in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage the physical handling of items, ensuring safe and secure packaging of products.
- Prepares and verify shipping documents while maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address shipping-related issues.
- Inspect shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as assigned.
- Performs other duties as required based on business needs.
Requirements :
Strong organizational, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
