What You’ll Do
From Day One, you’ll hit the ground running:
- Conduct site surveys and estimate turn-key generator installation projects.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Build and manage relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction from project inception to completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive project success and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Day-to-Day Expectations
- Prioritize and follow up on warm leads while expanding your pipeline with new opportunities.
- Travel locally within East Texas to meet clients.
- Deliver exceptional project management and problem resolution, taking full ownership of projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Industry Experience: Technical knowledge of industrial generators, turn-key installations, or a background as a PM or chief estimator at an electrical company.
- Sales Mindset: Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and highly competitive—someone who loves the thrill of the win.
- Athletic Edge: We love candidates with a background as college athletes or those who thrive in competitive, team-oriented environments.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60K–$80K, based on targets.
- Uncapped Commission: Earn 10-15% of gross profit from new equipment sales (paid when generators are delivered).
- Additional Perks: $600 car allowance, gas card, and a maintenance card.
