- Must be available during EST.
- Strong English communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead qualification.
- Ability to follow scripts while engaging prospects naturally.
- Comfortable using dialer software and CRM tools.
- Highly organized, goal-driven, and detail-oriented.
