POSITION OVERVIEW
This role will serve as a temporary assignment, providing support to specific departments in Electrical Assembly or Sub Assembly on projects and other duties assigned as required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide support for assigned department, assisting with projects and other tasks.
- Contribute to effective and efficient business processes and continuous improvement projects.
- Work closely with manager and team members, shadowing, and training with them to learn about the role and department.
- Execute assigned tasks and/or projects and complete deliverables within allotted timeline.
- Communicate timely and effectively with teammates and leadership, any project questions, issues, or concerns.
- Assist with additional assignments as needed.

WHAT TO BRING
- Work authorization form from student’s current high school signed by a school representative and the Director of Talent Acquisition and/or other member of the Human Resources department. Alternatively, proof of graduation from high school.
- Must have excellent attendance.
- Ability to follow work instructions.
- Constant vigilance and ability to adhere to compliance with safety best practices, policies, and procedures.
POSITION RESTRICTIONS
- This role is limited to working no more than 24 hours/week while school is in session, and no more than 48 hours/week while school is not in session.
- The individuals in this role are limited to being assigned to first or second shift.
- This role is prohibited from working more than 6 days in a week.
- This role is prohibited from working more than 10 hours in a day.
- This role is prohibited from working an average of more than 8 hours per day in one week.
- This role is prohibited from working more than 5 hours continuously without a continuous 30-minute break or mealtime.
