Education and Experience:
- Minimum high school diploma, or equivalent.

Modern, fast- paced, family oriented dental office is looking for a Full Time Front Desk Coordinator Monday through Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM. 1 YEAR MINIMUM DENTAL ADMIN EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, RESUMES WITH NO EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Experience in Eaglesoft helpful but not required. Responsibilities to include (but not limited to): maintaining and filling hygiene schedule, answering phones, acknowledging and greeting patients, updating patient paperwork, treatment plans, verifying insurance, ensuring patients are number one priority, assisting in opening and closing duties, maintain positive team focused attitude.
As a Dental Front Office Coordinator, you will be essential in the administrative operations of our dental practice. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, your role involves overseeing hygiene scheduling, maintaining medical records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Your core skills in practice management and EHR systems, particularly Eaglesoft, will support efficient office workflows. Strong organizational and communication skills are vital for fostering positive patient interactions and enhancing overall clinic efficiency.
