We are seeking a compassionate and patient companion for a male client with intellectual disabilities, autism, Down syndrome, anxiety, obesity, hypothyroidism, limited speech, and limited comprehension. He is outgoing and friendly but requires assistance with daily tasks and personal care.
Responsibilities:
- Weekly Pay - every Friday w/ Direct Deposit
We are seeking a compassionate and patient companion for a male client with intellectual disabilities, autism, Down syndrome, anxiety, obesity, hypothyroidism, limited speech, and limited comprehension. He is outgoing and friendly but requires assistance with daily tasks and personal care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily tasks and personal care
- Support him in learning to do his laundry
- Teach and reinforce safety skills in public
- Provide companionship and engage in activities
- Wednesday: 4 PM - 6 PM
- Sunday: 9 AM - 5 PM
- Must pass a Level 2 background check
Must have a reliable personal vehicle - Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred
