GentleCare Therapy is seeking a highly proficient and experienced Patient Services Office Coordinator for our ABA services throughout NJ. Responsibilities:
- Scheduling: Develop and maintain clinicians' and clients' schedules, maintain appropriate client ratios, and serve as the scheduling point of contact for clients and staff.
- Assessments Scheduling: Ensure the timely completion of assessments and reassessments.
- Care Coordination: Coordinate care for clients with multiple disciplines and coordinate substitute clinicians as needed.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly. Maintain ongoing email and phone communication with families and staff.
- Record Management: Maintain and audit client records.
- Reception Oversight: Oversee receptionist duties, including incoming calls, appointments, and inquiries.
- Front-End Billing Management: Verify benefits, ongoing eligibility, and changes in coverage. Review patient records, manage client payment collections, handle Authorization Management, and maintain authorization tracking for all clients.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of medical office experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone and email etiquette.
- Key characteristics: Professional, strong ethics, adaptable, organized, detail-oriented, and a positive and compassionate attitude.
- Highly proficient with technology, including Excel, Google Workspace, EMR, and Central Reach.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
