Calling all organizational gurus and office superheroes! We're on the lookout for an Office Manager extraordinaire to join our team. Please note the position is full-time (40-45 hours per week) from January 1st - April 30th. The remainder of the year is part-time (20-25 hours per week). This may increase as the business grows.
Administrative Management:
- Juggle phones, emails, and correspondence. You'll be the master of multitasking, keeping our day-to-day operations sailing smoothly.
- You'll be the go-to person for all things office-related. From stocking up on supplies to ensuring schedules are steam lined, your role will be varied and impactful.
- Keep our office space cozy and welcoming and our office equipment in tip-top shape.
Database Management and Record Keeping:
- You'll be in charge of helping us implement a new practice management system and maintaining our internal databases with up to date and squeaky-clean records, making sure we have the right info at our fingertips when we need it most.
- You will have the autonomy to identify problems and craft solutions, ensuring our operations run as smoothly as possible.
- You will need to handle confidential information with discretion.
Client Relations:
- Design and implement customer service processes and procedures that dove-tail into our practice management system and ensure high-quality customer experiences.
- Guide our clients through their tax related interactions from conception to completion including supporting clients who have questions and challenges.
- We pride ourselves on top-notch customer service, and you'll be at the forefront of it all!
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is a plus, but if you've got the skills, we're all ears!
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role? Even better!
- If you're a wizard with Microsoft Office and love learning new software, you'll fit right in.
- Bonus points if you've got a background in a CPA firm, but hey, we love a good underdog story too!
