Job Summary: Genuine Health Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to support and streamline initiatives across our Growth Department. This is an administrative role and will be responsible for development of growth strategies, market analysis, tracking and facilitating multiple projects and reporting on key progress and performance metrics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a full-time on-site, work from home hybrid position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track, coordinate, and facilitate Growth Department initiatives, ensuring projects stay on schedule and align with strategic goals.
- Support Marketing and Sales initiatives by providing analytical insights, reports, and performance updates.
- Proposal development within implementing growth strategies to drive business expansion.
- Maintain and optimize reports, dashboards, and tracking systems in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce (or other CRM software).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Provide administrative and operational support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 3 years of experience working within Medicare government programs; ACO, Medicare Advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with web-based software and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve goals.

Base salary will be commensurate to professional experience. Position offers base pay, commission bonuses, and perquisite allowances.
