Summary

Receptionist serves as the initial contact for all visitors to organization. Assists with other clerical duties as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Meets and greets all visitors; determines their needs and directs them to the appropriate employee or area.
- Responds to visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing as required.
- Prepares and maintains meeting and conference room reservation schedules and calendars.
- Responsible for maintaining kitchen/cafeteria in an organized manner and stocked as needed.
- Responsible for procurement of office supplies.
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience
- Associates degree (A.A.), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years of customer service experience within a professional office/corporate work environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor required.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
- Proven ability to perform diverse clerical functions within a professional work environment
