CNC Saw Operator

Join our dynamic team in Gilbert, AZ, as a CNC Saw Operator! We are looking for a skilled individual who is passionate about precision and quality in aerospace manufacturing. In this role, you will operate CNC saws to cut materials according to specifications, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.

• Set up and operate CNC saws to cut materials accurately and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in CNC operations is a plus.
• Proven experience as a CNC Saw Operator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and cutting processes.
• Experience with Hydmech H-14A strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Forklift experience required
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
