Your Daily Adventures Include:
- Employ a range of measurement tools like CMM's and calipers to confirm product dimensions meet customer specifications.
- Conduct thorough reviews of product manufacturing records for quality assurance.
- Efficiently identify and document any materials that do not conform to standards.
- Assist manufacturing teams to uphold and surpass quality benchmarks.
- Propose process improvements based on your findings, enhancing overall quality.
- Embrace additional responsibilities as needed.
Core Competencies:
- High-level organizational skills for juggling multiple priorities.
- Creatively support team members in meeting challenges effectively.
- Expertise in interpreting drawings, specifications, and procedural documents.
- Hands-on proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other inspection devices.
- Familiarity with PC-DMIS is highly regarded.
- Understanding of MSA and Gage R&R studies is advantageous.
- Ability to quickly address customer concerns with responsiveness.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Aerospace Inspection.
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Adept at thriving in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
What to Expect:
This is a dynamic role where you will regularly engage in discussions, movement, and hands-on activities. Lifting requirements extend up to 50 pounds occasionally. Here's the scoop on the particulars:
FLSA Classification:
Classification: Non-Exempt
This is a full-time, non-exempt position, the hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30p.m.
