About the Role
The Genuine Parts Company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager, Auto Care to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, this individual will be responsible for driving business growth and sales expansion across the Major Account and Auto Care segments.
- Develops and executes sales strategies to achieve assigned territory sales quota, driving program adoption and sales growth.
- Presents and communicates the value proposition of NAPA Major Account programs to Major Accounts, driving program adoption and sales growth.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with Regional Sales Managers, Auto Care HQ team, and other stakeholders to drive program adoption and overall execution.
- Collaborates with the Commercial Operations Team to ensure seamless registration processes for Major Account Customers.
- Reviews NAPA Auto Care monthly initiatives with the sales team to ensure focus on Auto Care program benefits and sales opportunities.
- Hosts regular meetings with local sales teams to provide training on Major Account and Auto Care program adoption and utilization.
- Provides exceptional customer service and communication to all Major Accounts and Auto Cares in assigned territory.
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the Auto Care and Major Account programs and options for members.
- Executes weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans to achieve business growth opportunities consistent with the company's growth objectives.
- Conducts periodic account reviews and keeps management updated on key progress indicators.
- Assists local BDGs in meeting management and marketing to consumers and potential new customers, attending and organizing key events and trade shows.
- Consistently meets or exceeds yearly targets.
