Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned territory sales quota by developing and executing sales plans that meet or exceed business growth objectives.
- Present and communicate the benefits of NAPA's Major Account programs to major account customers.
- Promote and sell the value of joining the Auto Care program to auto care prospects.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Auto Care HQ team to provide feedback, ideas, and field insights to drive program adoption and overall execution.
