As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational quality of system equipment, instructing customers in its operation and maintenance, and serving as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Specialize in providing on-site installation customer support and performing diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
Interpret customers' needs and clarify responsibility for problem resolution.
Perform feasibility and approve operational quality of system equipment.
Provide on-site technical product support and service to customers.
Assist customers with the operation and maintenance of the system.
Serve as Genuine Parts Company's liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED and zero (0) to two (2) years of relevant experience are typically required.
