To be successful in this role, you will need to have a background and knowledge of automotive parts. Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry is preferred but not required. You must be able to provide excellent verbal and written communication skills, love fast-paced retail environments, and have great listening skills and empathy for customers. It would be beneficial if you had experience in a parts store, auction, retail store, auto body/collision, or heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership. Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems is also a plus. ASE Certifications are not required but would be advantageous.
