Job Summary
The Operational Support Analyst will provide operational support and be responsible in ensuring systems and processing integrity for all facets of service center operations. They will be responsible for identifying, collecting information, and developing action plans to improve existing processes.
Responsibilities
- Daily maintenance, administration, and troubleshooting of existing systems
- Act as the liaison between Operations and HRIS to assist with development and support issues
- Assist users with data requests by creating ad hoc queries and reports
- Prepare and file compliance report submissions
- Manage SOX audit submissions and inquiries
- Identify areas of opportunity to modify or enhance current processes
- Research and write business specifications for projects, updates, and customizations
- Define acceptance testing procedures on operational systems enhancements as required.
- Develop and coordinate integrated implementation plans for new processes or changes to existing systems, including writing process documentation and training staff
- Special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 Years HR/Payroll/Benefits experience required
- Minimum of 5 Years combined Workday experience (HR, Payroll, Base Benefits, BenAdmin, COBRA, Query and Security) required
- 5 Years project management experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, Project, Visio and Adobe Acrobat Writer required
- Working knowledge of other HR/Payroll systems preferred
- Must possess strong analytical, customer service, and communication skills
- Able to communicate to all levels of the organization
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Must have a strong attention to detail and possess an ownership mentality over processes and projects
- Must possess excellent problem solving skills
- Strong work ethic
Physical Demands / Working Environment
- Must be able to work in a corporate office environment.
