Key Responsibilities:
- Provide auto parts answers and solutions to customers in person or over the phone
- Assist colleagues with answering customer questions using your knowledge of automotive parts
- Deliver outstanding customer service and interactions with every customer

What You'll Need:
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or a willingness to learn
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Background or passion for the automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership
- Experience in a parts store, auction, retail store, or auto body/collision
- Knowledge of cataloging and inventory management systems
