Store Counter Sales

We are a leading supplier of genuine automotive parts, and we're seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Automotive Parts Specialists. In this role, you will be the face of our retail store, providing expert advice and support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries about auto parts
• Utilize your knowledge of automotive parts to assist colleagues in answering customer questions
• Deliver exceptional customer service and interactions with all customers
• Promote a positive consumer experience by welcoming customers and engaging with them to understand their needs
• Operate technology, including computers, cash registers, telephones, and paper catalog systems

Requirements:

• Genuine passion for helping customers with their automotive needs
• Previous experience in the automotive industry or equivalent experience through DIY projects
• Valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade school courses or degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced retail environments
• Great listening skills and empathy for customers

Bonus Skills:

• Background or passion for the automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership
• Experience in a parts store, auction, retail store, or auto body/collision repair shop
• Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems
• Customer-centric mindset
• ASE Certifications
