Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager, Under Hood to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our Under Hood product sales to current and new customers at all distribution levels.
Main Duties
- Presents, communicates, and sells NAPA category strategic initiatives, promotions, value propositions, and training materials to storeowners and their installer customers.
- Works closely with Regional Sales Manager, TSM/TMOD teams on ISO Store Readiness/Inventory levels and assessments.
- Provides field insights to help drive sales and strategic Category initiatives.
You will be responsible for managing, organizing, and leading category-specific sales blitzes in assigned territories.
