Our client, a global real estate investment firm with over $20 Billion in AUM, is looking for an Acquisitions Associate to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop financial models (IRR analysis, waterfall structures, and discounted cash flows), manage due diligence, and source deals for a variety of asset classes
- Present strategy and findings to upper management and board members
- Forge and maintain strong external relationships to support deal flow and funding
- Assist the Asset Management team with portfolio integration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in real estate, finance or related field
- 3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions
- Proficient in Argus and Excel
Salary : $115,000 - $120,000
