Our client, a private equity real estate firm, seeks an Asset Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a multifamily or mixed-use real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of real estate assets ensuring performance aligns with investment goals.
- Develop and execute asset-level business plans including leasing, repositioning, renovations, and dispositions.
- Analyze property financials, prepare performance reports, and identify opportunities to improve Net Operating Income (NOI).
- Oversee third-party property managers, leasing agents, and vendors.
- Review and approve annual budgets, capital plans, and operating expenses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field. A Master's or MBA is an asset.
- 3 years of experience in real estate asset management or a related role.
- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills; proficiency in Excel is required.
