My client is a private Real Estate Developer/Owner is looking to hire a Portfolio Leasing Consultant to join their team!
Responsibilities:
The Leasing Agent is responsible to perform some or all of the following:
• Handle inquiries, schedule, show and rent apartments
• Involvement in the renewal process
• Walk all vacant apartments, leasing office, and accessible amenity and public areas daily and work with management on cleanliness of all.
• Manage all deals from opening to closing
• Work with the marketing team on listing syndication, apartment photography
• Know competitive building set and track area pricing and incentives
• Gather the required paperwork that clients will need to qualify for the apartment
• Establish rapport with building tenants and staff to allow for a sense of community
Job Requirements:
• Managing a portfolio currently
• High School Diploma required
• Leasing experience preferred (3 years of experience)
• Experience with luxury rentals
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Must be very organized and oriented
Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
