Our client, a rapidly growing, internally managed real estate investment trust (REIT), is seeking a full-time Property Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and operational needs of their national portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to property management, and the ability to coordinate with vendors, tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage work orders from request to completion, including vendor selection, bid management, and final payment.
- Communicate effectively with contacts, vendors, and team members to define repair scopes.
- Oversee contractor scheduling, negotiations, and project completion with a focus on safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and maintain organized, accurate records.
Requirements:
- 3 years in property management or construction-related fields.
- Knowledge of construction, repairs, and building systems.
- Experience in scope development, contracting, and negotiations.
- Management experience preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
