Senior Treasury Analyst - Real Estate

Our client, one of the premier real estate investment firms in Manhattan, is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the firm’s banking infrastructure, executing wire transfers, monitoring loan activity, and ensuring the smooth movement of funds across our global platform. This person will collaborate with internal teams, external banks, and other financial partners to maintain accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in daily cash operations.

Responsibilities:

• Open and maintain domestic and international bank accounts across multiple entities and jurisdictions
• Prepare, release, and track wire transfers and ACH payments in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor loan activity, including drawdowns, paydowns, and interest payments
• Ensure liquidity needs are met by managing internal fund transfers and optimizing cash positioning
• Maintain and update treasury databases, including signatory lists, account details, and banking documentation
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on bank account activity, balances, and loan obligations
• Assist with compliance requirements, including KYC, banking documentation, and internal control policies
• Partner with accounting, finance, and legal teams to support real estate transactions and ongoing operations
• Identify and implement process improvements in treasury workflows and systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Approximately 2–5 years of treasury, finance, or banking experience; real estate experience is preferred
• Familiarity with wire and ACH processes, cash management systems, and bank portals
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with financial systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
