What are the responsibilities and job description for the FINANCE SHARED SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR 2 position at Genus PLC?
Role Overview :
PIC - Philippines, a Genus company, has an exciting opportunity. We are looking for a project based Accounting Assistant who will support the Finance Shared Service during D365 migration. The position will supportthe current process on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax and General Ledger areas
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Print and file AP vouchers
- Monitor and follow-up vendors sales invoice and official receipts
- File customers sales invoice, delivery receipt and order forms
- Print creditable withholding tax certificates, monitor and follow-up original / hard copies
- Edit manual sales invoices as requested
- Book monthly recurring journal entries in Oracle
- Print / Save into PDF the tax returns plus corresponding proof of payment
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Assist in document request for tax / statutory audits
- Perform other ad-hoc support as required from time to time
