We're looking for a highly experienced and strategic Director of Operational Risk Management in Raleigh, NC to join us in fulfilling our mission, while utilizing our values of excellence, improvement, and connection. In this role, you will ensure the robustness and continuity of our operations, particularly in the areas of business continuity, information technology, and cyber risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management within the property and casualty insurance industry and have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to mitigate operational risks. The role reports to the Enact Chief Risk Officer.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Risk Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize operational risks across business units and functions.
- Monitor and report on key risk indicators and risk events.
- Collaborate with business units and functions to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
