Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Driller’s Helper. This is a full-time, year-round position with the opportunity for immediate placement. No experience is needed — we provide training and a clear path for advancement based on performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with soil boring drilling, sampling, and well installations
- Lift and handle heavy tools and equipment; digging and shoveling as needed
- Help load and unload equipment at each job site
- Maintain clear, professional communication with crew members and the office
Qualifications / Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to work extended hours as needed
- Comfortable working in tight spaces, as well as outdoors in varying weather
- Able to lift 100 lbs and stand for long periods of time
- OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 preferred (not required)
- CDL Class B preferred, or ability to obtain within a year
