Geode Capital Management, LLC is seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about investment and engineering. As a Business Analyst , you will become an essential part of our Technology group and will have the opportunity to learn and facilitate the success of our business.
This is a hybrid work environment opportunity located in Boston, Massachusetts with a weekly in office schedule of Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and remote work availability on Mondays and Fridays.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Product managers to establish yourself as a trusted advisor
- As part of Geode's Data team, you will help gather data requirements from business product areas, perform data analysis, help with grooming product backlog and assist the product manager, and maintain product roadmap
- Act as a skilled liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders to extract, gather, analyze, document, communicate, and validate requirements to bridge the gap between technical feasibility and business objectives
- Translate your insights and analysis into consumable, engineering-focused documentation to emphasize the 'why' and 'what,' ensuring that the captured information is oriented towards delivering maximum business value
- Understand our tools and the best ways to customize them to support our risk-focused business process workflows
