Your role on the team :
- The manager is also responsible for Quality training and mentoring members of Quality and Compliance team within the campus.
- The position will support all the facilities within determined campus.
- This position exists to support the Quality Management System (ISO, FDA) at the facilities within determined campus.
- Travels frequently to locations and routinely interacts with the Quality personnel to monitor all established quality activities in place. Ensure that they are effective, and continue to produce desired results;
- Recommend campus and corporate wide improvements; ensure quality compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Implements and manages a comprehensive, affordable, and effective campus Quality Assurance program using ISO 9000 principles
- Assists with audit programs to review various processes in the work environment to ensure that standards are being met
- Creates, reviews, and / or revises policies that affect processes in the working environment.
- Provides expertise and guidance on compliance with governmental regulations, customer specifications, and internal policies
- Conducts regular analysis of the program process, product and service audits, and inspections, and implements corrective actions
- Develops, collects, and reports quality metrics as needed to executive management
- Other duties as required and assigned
