Key Accountabilities
- Perform tests related to products manufactured, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
- Maintain an inventory of materials used for test processes, including tooling and other necessary items.
- Inform management of inventory levels regularly, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Ensure good housekeeping in all test areas, maintaining a safe and organized environment.
- Report errant test results to supervisors promptly, adhering to quality standards.
- Record test results accurately and neatly, while maintaining daily logs.
- Comply with all company policies, practicing safe work habits and ethics.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills/Knowledge
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience with quality control in a manufacturing environment.
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills are essential.
Physical Requirements
- The ability to safely perform physical demands of the role, including bending, lifting, stooping, and standing greater than 50% of the time.
- Repetitive motion demands, Hands/wrist/shoulder.
- The ability to lift up-to 50 pounds (over 50 pounds requires a team lift).
Work Environment/Environment Conditions
- OCCASIONAL exposure to hazardous chemicals, fumes, and gases.
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures/outdoors.
