We seek candidates with a proven track record in managing a diverse case portfolio and a history of successfully litigating cases in Circuit, General District, and Federal Courts within the Commonwealth. Positions are available in both our Richmond, Virginia headquarters and our Virginia Beach, Virginia location. Relocation assistance will be considered.
Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in Virginia.
- Demonstrated experience in personal injury law, including a history of trial successes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate potential new cases and client intakes.
- Meaningfully engage with current and prospective clients.
- Oversee the pre-litigation process, including valuation and maximizing claim value while simultaneously ensuring our clients receive the care they need to reclaim their lives.
- Conduct settlement negotiations and manage recovery disbursements, ensuring timely resolution of escrows.
- Advocate vigorously in all jurisdictions across the Commonwealth.
- Lead depositions, focus groups, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
- Maintain exemplary client relationships and mentor junior attorneys and peers.
