Responsibilities
- Handle personal injury cases from intake to resolution
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
- Prepare and file legal documents
- Represent clients in court and mediation
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates on case progress
- Develop case strategies and conduct legal research
- JD from an accredited law school
- 5 years experience in personal injury law
- Bring in Business
- Active state bar membership
- Strong litigation or pre-suit and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of successful case management and litigation
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
