Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in all stages of personal injury litigation, including discovery, settlement negotiations, trial, and appeals.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, ranging from motor vehicle accidents to catastrophic injuries and wrongful death claims.
- Engage in depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in Virginia (additional licensure in multiple jurisdictions is a plus).
- 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation (preferred, but highly qualified candidates with less experience will be considered).
- Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
