GEOKON is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee our Quality Assurance Team, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 by coordinating and directing quality management systems. Ensure product and process conformance comply GEOKON quality standards while leading continuous improvement activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Oversee and manage quality assurance processes to ensure product and process conformance with GEOKON quality standards.
- Lead and coordinate continuous improvement activities to enhance overall quality performance.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive corrective actions.
- Analyze data and metrics to monitor quality performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on quality assurance best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure the QMS remains compliant and effective.
- Associate Degree in Quality Assurance or Quality Control with 7 years of experience required
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP Software required
- Ability to multi-task and be organized
- Experience and working knowledge in Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Working knowledge of ISO9001/TSI16949 framework, including Design and Process FMEA, PPAP, and Control Plan
- Proficient in Quality processes (First Article Inspection, NCM Management, MRB facilitation, and problem-solving technical/tools (SCAR, Global 8D, DMAIC)
- Excellent technical communication skills (written and verbal)
