Job Function/Description:
- Accurately input and maintain logistics data to ensure seamless operations.
- Apply knowledge of business design to improve logistics processes.
- Utilize logistics knowledge to streamline and optimize supply chain activities.
- Integrate logical problem-solving into business processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Tackle and resolve complex logistics challenges with enthusiasm.
- Effectively communicate with team members, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Diligently follow up on tasks and issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Deliver all tasks within deadlines to maintain operational flow.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and improve overall performance.
- Maintain a high level of organization to manage multiple logistics activities simultaneously.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and support business objectives.
- Comprehend the end-to-end business flow to better manage logistics functions.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track and manage client interactions and logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in logistics or something related.
- English/Spanish is preferred
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business and logistics principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in CRM software and other relevant logistics tools.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
