Job Summary :
Seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties (excluding residential / multifamily apartments / condos). This role focuses on lease administration financial reporting tenant relations and property maintenance . The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in commercial real estate management and a strong ability to optimize asset performance .
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations develop asset plans and foster positive ownertenant relationships .
- Ensure lease compliance mitigate risks and oversee tenant improvements .
- Prepare and review financial statements budgets and CAM reconciliations .
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain highquality standards.
