Engage with cross functional teams to develop overall product line pricing strategies.

Target profitability improvement through better understanding of value-based pricing, benchmarks against competition, and market trends.

Mine data, analyze and interpret results using standard statistical tools and techniques.

Provide analysis of consolidated margin, list pricing, and cost data and make recommendations to management regarding price through data-driven insights and forecasts.

Assesses findings and makes recommendations to purchasing personnel regarding feasibility of manufacturing or buying needed products.

May recommend use of alternative parts, materials, or manufacturing methods to reduce costs

Provide management with reports and models specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products.

Define project pricing as required based on customer quotes.

Assist in the implementation and documentation of pricing policies and processes.

Works effectively with Company personnel, customers and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; listening to and objectively considering ideas and suggestions from others; keeping commitments; keeping others informed of work progress, timetables and issues; addressing problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions; addressing others by name, tittle or other respectful identifier, and; respecting the diversity of our work force in actions, words and deeds.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or related field.

3 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or related role.

Knowledge of pricing models, financial forecasting, and competitive analysis in relevant industries

Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)

Advanced in Excel or similar tools.

Power BI or other dashboard experience a plus.

Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) a plus.

Knowledge of pricing strategies, financial modeling, and market research.

Experience with statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability and willingness to perform detailed reporting on sales revenue, profit margin, growth trends etc.

Ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Strong analytical and qualitative skills.

Excellent oral/written communication and collaboration skills.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, data driven environment.
