The Accounts Payable-Shared Services is an experienced AP Shared Services Specialist as part of our team in Shawnee, Oklahoma. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the Accounts Payable (AP) functions within our shared services department. Individuals play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of our AP processes while providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience (3 years) in an AP or shared services role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
