An Experienced Plumbing Field Supervisor is Responsible For:
- Assist with weekly technical and sales training
- Perform 1 on 1’s with technicians
- Ride along with technicians
- Site visits
- Assist technicians when needed
- Train new plumbers
- Assist with handling customer issues
- Assist in researching new products and technology
1 on 1’s:
Prepare reports on revenue, conversion rate, ticket average, and efficiency. Provide feedback with technician on areas for improvement. Give praise for areas that are going well. Give guidance in setting up S.M.A.R.T. goals. Use the time to build personal relationships with the technicians.
Riding with Tech's:
The purpose of a ride along is to observe the technician to ensure they are following Service Systems, provide positive feedback and offer ways to improve. It is also an opportunity to meet with customers and get feedback from them on how we are doing.
Jobsite Visits:
Jobsite visits are a time to make sure all George Brazil standards are met. Proper PPE, red carpets, shoe covers being utilized and jobsite is clean, all while making sure the customer is 100% satisfied.
