Law firm located in Dracut, MA seeking a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to assist with civil litigation and estate planning and providing attorney support in a small but fast-paced environment. 24-28 hours per week. Salary commensurate with experience. Duties/Responsibilities include: drafting documents and correspondence, filing court documents, coordinating logistics and assisting attorney in preparing for depositions, interviews and client meetings. The right candidate to possess: excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interface directly with clients, oral and written communication skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks with deadlines and work independently, strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel, ability to collaborate and partner with colleagues, co-workers and attorney.
