Job Summary
Small CPA firm is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative/Billing Assistant to join our firm. The ideal candidate will be handling billing functions and other office and client related duties.. This position requires expereince in office administration preferably with an accounting, financial or law firm.
Duties
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support, including managing office tasks and front desk responsibilities as needed.
- Assist in collating income tax returns for processing
- Handle incoming client calls regarding billing or other issues
- Filing, scanning and correspondence
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent phone and client support skills.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Familiarity with front desk operations is a plus.
