George Gee Cadillac Kia is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Title Clerk. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, splitting your time between title clerk duties and office administration tasks.
We are looking for a motivated and efficient individual to perform title clerk duties, including preparing and submitting title and registration documents, as well as providing administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Title Clerk Job Responsibilities
- Scan repair orders into the DMS system
- Scan and organize documents for title and registration processing
- Prepare license and title documents for retail and wholesale deals
- Submit legal transfer documents to the DMV
- Administer title processing for auction transactions
- Perform general office duties, including filing and data entry
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Schedule: M-F, day shift.

Title Clerk Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of Title Administration experience.
- Minimum 1 year of Automotive Accounting or general office experience.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
