Automotive Business Development (BDC) /Customer Service
Looking for automotive BDC/Customer Service agent to assist with dealership service operations. Must be High-energy, positive and out-going with strong verbal communication skills. Have integrity, a positive attitude, and have a strong work ethic. Strong computer and telephone skills. Must be punctual and reliable with a professional appearance. At least one previous role based in customer service experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and establishes follow-ups with sales appointments
- Respond quickly to the internet, phone and text inquiries using email, scripts and templates
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Work in a high volume, team environment, with several other representatives
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily and follow up with previous and existing customers
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
