Registered Nurse Trainer and SLU Content Creator
Position Summary:
This hybrid role combines nursing expertise and instructional content development to support SeniorLivingU’s training initiatives in senior living care. The RN Trainer/Content Creator will focus on developing eLearning modules, managing the LMS, delivering live and virtual skills training, and assisting in customer service for training products.
Routine Functions of the Position:
• LMS & Content Development: Coordinate LMS functions, create interactive learning modules, collaborate with subject matter experts, and update online training materials.
• Training & Competencies: Provide live, in-person, and virtual skills trainings, competencies, and checks to CNAs, PCAs, and Medication Associates as needed.
• Customer Support: Process orders, provide customer assistance for LMS issues, and fulfill product orders to support SeniorLivingU’s training initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
• RN license (PA) with a minimum of 1 year nursing experience in long-term or acute care settings.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with an adaptable approach to dual responsibilities.
Work Environment:
• Must be comfortable working in our pet friendly environment
• Requires standing, walking, twisting, bending, pushing, kneeling, stooping, stretching and minimal lifting.
• Requires normal range hearing and vision, hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Includes all areas of the home office, including the basement.
• Travel to various locations may be necessary.
• On a typical day, the majority of work is performed at the desk.
• Sufficient mobility is required to fulfill orders, maintain files and access and operate office equipment, such as the copiers, fax machines and postage meter
