JOB SUMMARY:
The Equity Advisor is the liaison between the Service Customers/Service Department and the Sales Department to see if customers are eligible to trade in their vehicle(s).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet and Greet Customers in Service Lane
- Identify Opportunities in the Service Lane
- 80% benchmark of how many customers you speak with
- Convert 1-2% of Service vehicle trades into Sale Opportunities
- Pull customer info on pre-scheduled appointments
- Introduce VIP Manager after Meet and Greet
- Monitor Opportunities through the “Road to the Sale”
- Complete all required training (GM Global Connect, KPA and Applied Concepts)
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Professional demeanor, appearance, and demonstrate an expert ability to follow up with good customer service
- Strong MS Office Suite computer skills, Windows proficient
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must meet company's requirements for employment
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
- Ability to work effectively and possess personal accountability in a team environment
- Punctuality
- Ownership.
PAY:
This full-time position is 15.00/hr plus monthly commission based on performance

Working Conditions:
S/he will work both indoors and out, moving about the dealership facility to communicate with dealership staff. S/he works closely with the Service and Sales departments. The schedule is typically 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, and Saturday, 8am to 3pm. Closed Sunday and additional day off.
