JOB SUMMARY:
The Automotive Equity Advisor assists service customers in evaluating and maximizing the trade-in value of their current vehicles while facilitating the purchase or lease of new or pre-owned vehicles. The Equity Advisor works closely with customers to understand their needs, assess their vehicle's equity, and provide tailored recommendations for financing options or vehicle upgrades. By delivering expert guidance and fostering strong relationships, the Automotive Equity Advisor ensures a positive customer experience, promotes sales growth, and helps customers make informed decisions that best fit their automotive needs and financial goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet and Greet Customers
- Identify Opportunities
- 80% benchmark of how many customers you speak with
- Convert 1-2% of Service vehicle trades into Sale Opportunities
- Pull customer info on pre-scheduled appointments
- Introduce VIP Manager after Meet and Greet
- Monitor Opportunities through the “Road to the Sale”
- Complete all required training (GM Global Connect, KPA and Applied Concepts)
Qualifications:
- Professional demeanor, appearance, and demonstrate an expert ability to follow up with good customer service
- Creative and resourceful approach to finding solutions that align with both the dealership's goals and the customer’s needs.
- Familiarity with various vehicle makes, models, and features to provide accurate vehicle assessments.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort with using dealership management software, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
PAY:
This full-time position is 15.00/hour plus monthly commission based on performance

- Closed Sundays
Working Conditions:
S/he will work both indoors and out, moving about the dealership facility to communicate with dealership staff. S/he works closely with the Service and Sales departments. The schedule is typically 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, and Saturday, 8am to 3pm. Closed Sunday and additional day off.
