Position Overview
As the Studio Operations Manager for our Salt Lake City location, you will work in our beautiful, light-filled studio to support our small team of goldsmiths as they cast heirloom jewelry for our beloved George Rings collectors, and to oversee all aspects of order fulfillment, customer service, and inventory management. This is our first (and only) manufacturing studio location, and you will be joining us at the beginning stages of creating a community of artisans who find joy in making jewelry of simplicity and integrity.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Finance or a related field—or equivalent experience
6 years experience in brand or operations management — ideally with a fine jewelry focus
Mastery of operational tools, including inventory systems and CRMs
Excellent writing and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail; high standard for quality work; integrity
Excellent customer service skills and intuition (high EQ)
2 years experience with jewelry making and/or production
