Part-Time Assistant Restaurant Manager
George’s, a family-owned restaurant celebrating 40 years of service, is looking for a Part-Time Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team! We need an experienced leader with a background in restaurant management who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people.
Responsibilities:

*Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service *Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff during shifts *Train, coach, and motivate employees to maintain high service standards *Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism *Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations *Maintain a positive and team-oriented work environment
Requirements:

* Must have prior experience as a restaurant manager (assistant or higher) *Strong leadership and problem-solving skills *Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities *Ability to work various part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends *Strong customer service mindset and ability to handle guest concerns professionally *Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting *Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player *8 to 16 hours a week
